Peculiarities of the Karaim Translation of the Bible
Abstract
This work is the first attempt to explore the differences in Bible translation among the three Abrahamic faiths: Karaim, Rabbinic, and Christian. While existing studies on Karaim Bible translation focus primarily on linguistic aspects, they often overlook the contextual elements. It is intriguing to examine the nuances rooted in Karaim commentaries on the Bible, whether published in Leshon Kodesh or preserved in manuscripts.
